In the distance you see it
The clouds rolling in, a flicker of light in the sky
The soft rumbles are growing near
A storm is coming, it is getting closer
You sit in awe watching the amazing wonder of the world
More flickers of light brighten up the night sky
The clouds are rolling in faster getting closer and closer
The thunder is getting louder
The wind starts to pick up, the tress begin to dance
Their branches are swaying back and forth
The birds are still chirping, do they know what is to come
There is still a slight calmness all around, it feels peaceful and tranquil
This moment will not last much longer
The sky has now opened up and the fury of hell is upon us
The amazement of such a beautiful thing to witness
Something so awesome, it is a wonder it can cause destruction
It is simply the nature of the beast
